I’ve see a few others report this error as well, but none of the solutions have worked for me so far. I’ve tried troubleshooting it with no luck. (I work on a Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop/Laptop if that makes a difference)
- Emptied trash
- Refreshed Page / Signed Out & Back In
- Exported to Word/ Exported Database.
- Messaged the Support team. (the online chat says they’re not back to support until Monday)
Ironically, this didnt error happen during the free trial, but as soon as I started paying for it, and I wasnt sure if it takes a few days to activate?
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try to fix this?
