Why can't I add a scene?

Hi everyone,
I think it’s something simple I’m missing but for some odd reason I can’t add any scenes now. I stopped writing for a bit and want to start again. I tried to pick up where I left off. I can edit ones that are done but can’t create new ones in a new chapter. I’ve followed the directions several times but still nothing. I write on a chromebook most of the time.

I would send in a chat support message and let @Jacob help. I can only think that is having issues because you aren’t on a plan.
